Truly dissatisfied with my TruGreen experience in Morristown New Jersey serviced out of the local Randolph New Jersey branch. For a company so focused on "Customer Satisfaction" they failed in completing that job. Read below if you would like to know about my experience. The cliff notes are that the techs are great, but when they make a mistake and damage the property, management is rude, quick to blame you(customer), and unwilling to correct the damage done. I will not be using TruGreen locally. A service tech came for the regularly scheduled appointment. After being told each time that they do not need to go in the backyard as we had new grass being planted. The tech drove his large machine onto the newly seeded backyard and dug up a large portion of the newly seeded yard. In an effort to correct the tech left large mounds and foot steps in the top soil. When speaking with the Service Manager locally, the manager did not come to see the damage, instead he sent his assistant to see what happened. His assistant agreed that the damage was substantial and that there needed to be something done to correct it. The local manager called me later that day and said "you need to take some responsibility for the damage, because you over watered the seed." Clearly he did not see my newly seeded yards growth and failed to remeber that it rained for the last 5 days straight. After blaming me for the damage, he offered that he would have someone come out with 2 bags of topsoil max and have it leveled and reseeded. His assistant said it would need 10-15 yards of topsoil and need to be reseeded to make the damage corrected. After this offer, the manager suggested again that it was my fault and his only other remedy would be 2 retroactive service appointments. Because of the dialog, dismissiveness to correct the damage, and overall tone of how the manager handled the issue. I cancelled my service with TruGreen in Randolph NJ. I am sure TruGreen is great in other areas of the country with "customer centric" mindsets, however, that is not the case where I am. I'll be calling Ned Stevens for service next year.

TruGreen has been a game changer for our lawn. They transformed our yard and made it a lawn to be proud of. They’ve been treating our lawn for about 4 years and it improved every year.

Enjoyed the technician who had a very strong command of his subject. It was easy to communicate with Johan and he was able to offer thoughts on some of my concerns which is highly valued. As this kind of service is key to a good relationship with a service provider I am requesting that only Johan Rosario perform all future lawn service treatments.

The TruGreen employee ruined my lawn while using the aeration machine. Clearly, the TruGreen employee was poorly trained. I'm very disappointed. Everyone should avoid using TruGreen's services out of Randolph / Morris County NJ.

The worst lawn service ever.. Don't waste your money.. I hired them this year n watched on my cameras they spread barely any chemicals.. My lawn is all weeds n broadleaf in late July half way through the summer. This is the worst my lawn has been in 22 years. They take your money n can't provide proper services. I also have numerous kinds of weeds scattered all through my 2 acres of my lawn which is not even grass anymore. Beyond sad.. I have even seen these different kinds of weeds on my lawn before.. Can you believe this is what I paid over $400 so far this year for
