From the time we scheduled it was a good experience. the three men who came were polite professional and cared about what they were doing. Their trucks equipment and the way they worked were very clean. All the work they did looks beautiful I even like how they cut in all the areas they weren't working on to make it look nice thanks for the effort it looks great I would recommend Kodiak Landscaping for any service they offer. We had a great landscaping experience with Kodiak! Bob was amazing to work with-he came up with a well thought out design and executed it perfectly. If anything didn’t go 100% perfectly, he fixed it immediately with no questions asked. I highly recommend Kodiak!

UPDATE [10/29/2024]: Since my first review (below) of the original driveway work that Kodiak did for us earlier this year, just wanted to add this update. We were so happy with their work that over the summer and fall we also had them back for a few other jobs. In early summer they came in for a couple of days to rip up an old concrete sidewalk in front of the house and put in a brand new one. In the fall, we had the Kodiak guys come in again for two days to replace our old front and back wooden steps with block steps that matched the driveway. At the same time, they also re-habbed the crumbling mortar from the visible sections of our stone foundation. ALL of the work done was excellent! We've gotten plenty of compliments from neighbors and visitors about how everything turned out. Wouldn't hesitate for a moment recommending Kodiak to anyone who needs stone landscaping work done. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Kodiak just finished up installing our new stone driveway earlier today and I have to say that they did a great job! Bob, the owner, was thorough when he first came over to do measurements and assess the job back in November. He answered all of my questions and made some suggestions about things that I hadn't even considered. Unfortunately, we had to wait a few months since the winter weather didn't want to cooperate. But once the temps warmed up a little, the Kodiak guys were here to get started. Danny and his crew showed up on time every single day, bright and early, and went right to work. I'm not the lurking/hovering type. (Well, other than watching the tractors, machines and some of the procedures they use during construction...I guess I'm still a kid at heart!) But anytime I stepped outside or glanced out the front door, these guys were always working. The only time they stopped was for their lunch break. Every night after they were through (and many times mid-job) they swept and shoveled away loose soil, stones and pebbles that may have gotten loose around the work area. They answered every question I had about the job. And all of them were ALWAYS polite and cheerful. A really nice group of guys that I'm sure Bob is proud to have working for him. Definitely give Kodiak a call if you need a landscaping job done. Top notch!

Kodiak was a pleasure to deal with. The owner, Bob was super responsive, knowledgeable and explained the process every step of the way. The pavers I had installed for my hot tub by Kodiak far exceeded my expectations. Kodiak does quality work and uses quality materials to compete the job. Would Highly recommend!

Bob always answers your calls and shows when he says he will be there. Not exactly a common trait nowadays. His workers are really good guys. Friendly and responsive to any questions you have. I had a paver patio done and some stairs. They worked 8-10 hours every day and did a really nice job. His guys are on sight and rarely take a break. They actually brought their own microwave to plug in and eat lunch on premises to minimize downtime. Very happy with tier work and highly recommend Kodiak. Thank you. AAA++++
