Scheduled snow removal with this company. I was told $75 up to 2 inches and $5 an inch after that. January 20th, no show and did it myself. This past storm, they show up hours after I ended up doing it. They shoveled 20 feet of my sidewalk and were there for 2 minutes, charged me $75. I reached out several times and they were unresponsive. I cancelled snow service and my lawn service with them. Finally, I get an email saying they’re sorry and will consider a refund. Still haven’t heard back and I followed up. Avoid!
