I have been using Emerald Tree & Shrub Care for decades and in all these years I have been served with care, knowledgeable staff and dedication to preserving my beautiful trees, protecting my property and being respectful of it when trees or shrubs have needed pruning or even removal. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Every time workers are at my house they follow what was discussed with Kevin, but they also cut and trim shrubs and trees which were not supposed to be cut. Unless I am watching them at all times, this always happens. Sometimes it is of no real consequence, but sometimes it is upsetting the look of the yard, and it takes two to three years to fill in. They also step on other plantings, so the work has to be done during the winter.

Whoever is Kevin Wyatt's assistant is the reason my husband and I canceled our appointment. She had such a horrible attitude when we called to inquire if Kevin was still coming because it was 30mins passed our scheduled time. Whatever the case was didn't matter to us we still wanted to meet with him but it was her immediate attitude and unprofessionalism that threw us off completely. She spoke so harshly and hung up the phone before we could respond. Felt like we called someone at the DMW. He has to be losing alot of business because of her if this is how she talks to people.
