Would not at all recommend Custom landscaping. I live in a townhouse community to which Custom manages the general property. The weekly cleanup is very poor. Their goal seems to be how fast they can clean up and not the quality of job. Workers throw a huge amount of leaves / debris up against the resident’s property and over their enclosed patios without any concern. There is a concern for safety. Custom always blocks main sidewalk areas that are constantly used by elderly residents and residents with small children. When asked to move their truck a little further down so the sidewalk entrance is accessible, they either ignore the request or become very defensive and rude. Almost, always not moving their truck. Custom also damages items on the property, such as security signs, etc, even though they are placed near the home and no where near areas where Custom is responsible to clean up. Breakage is never acknowledged by Custom. Would not at all recommend Custom for landscaping…..poor job and poor attitude.

We hired this company to do sod for back lawn in October last year (6 months ago). They did a poor job leveling the ground. There are small dips and hills in many areas. They told us this was normal. We pointed out a lot of the sod they used had weeds in it already. Again, they said this was normal. They replaced some of the sod which had weeds. Now (6 months later) we are seeing a LOT of weeds. In addition, some areas do not seem healthy. Note that we are using their lawn care service (Healthy Lawn) to maintain it. Our front needs sodding however we will be using a different company. We do not recommend this company. Update: it is 10 months since they put the sod down and things have become worse. We watered as per instructions by Healthy Lawn (part of the same company). They could not save it. See updated photos (the ones with the blue dot). Do not hire this company.

This company was responsive, on time, did quality work, and checked with me throughout the day to make sure everything was up to my standards and the way I wanted it all done. I will save myself the embarrassment of posting the ‘before’ pictures of my yard, but trust me, they had lots of overgrown plants and weeds to work with. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results and their communication along the way!

I have used Custom Landscaping since moving to my home 21 years ago. Over the years they have made my outdated landscaping look amazing! They continue to weekly lawn mowing, pruning and trimming when needed, irrigation and anything else I need. I can’t recommend this company enough! I have been using them for a few years and they are on top of their game. I never heard excuses of any kind, they mean business!! It is so easy to work with them, what a pleasure! Every year, I tell them I want them to come back the following year and they do, I never have to chase them around, they show up and they know what they have to do.
