I recently signed on with Simply as I was dissatisfied with my previous lawn care prove. I made a good decision. My lawn has been suffering from the recent July heat and as it turns out a fungus has also taken hold. On my first service visit, my technician, James Duhaime, diagnosed my lawns problems and explained in detail to me exactly what courses of action we needed to take. I couldn’t be happier with the service. It might be a while before my lawn is back at its best, but I am confident that Simply can help us get there. Thanks!! UPDATE: if you look at the attached photos you will see how badly heat damaged my lawn was. The “deer” photo was taken on September 15th a few days prior to my first servicing (core aeration and seeding). I watered the lawn diligently for two weeks and as of October 16th (second photo), you can see the difference. Signing on with “Simply” clearly paid off. Thanks again for bringing my lawn back to life.

Year after year, I love this Lawn Care company more and more. All of their technicians are incredible, our lawn looks great, and if there’s ever an issue, their customer service is top-notch. I just had a filling in service question and Kristie was so nice and took the time to go through my services, credits, etc. It was awesome, I felt like they really wanted me to understand. I’ll be a long term customer for sure!

I have been using Simply The Best Lawn Care for a few months now and they’ve applied two treatments to my lawn. Their customer service has been outstanding and I really like the follow up report they send afterwards. James went out of his way today to blow the leaves from my lawn before the winter treatment to ensure a proper application. He also was careful not to disturb the new seed I laid this fall. So far, so good!

I've used Simply The Best Lawns for almost a year now and can't say enough good things about them. They're customer service is exceptional. James Duhaime is an expert at his job and takes his time making sure he doesn't miss a spot. Thank you James for treating our lawn! Happy Holidays!

Ok. So i have never done this before. I used my last guy for 15 years and he went under during covid. I found simply the best and was not happy. I pre paid for the year and did receive a discount. After the first treatment my grass did not green up everywhere. I called and they sent a tech out and he told me i had sedge grass and there was going to be an up charge to treat. Spoke with manager. He told me it was to early for sedge and probably just needed some spot treatment’s. They did. Never greened up. Second treatment comes and i asked tech what was going on w my dead spots. He replied Japanese. That was all he said. I still don’t know what he was talking about. I called and was told somebody was going to come out and assess. I never push the issue or followed up. Third treatment comes and I’m told again that I have some sort of fungus and need to pay extra to have it treated. I feel this is a bait and switch company. I was given a price at the beginning of the season. Over $500 which I gladly paid. But every time they have been there, I am being told that my grass is not good, because I need to pay more. I can also tell you that my grass did not grow at the same rate that it has in the past. After doing some research, I found out my last company used. A very high nitrate fertilizer, and that promotes growth and weeds out bare spots. I believe Simply The Best Lawn uses a very low nitrate fertilizer, and then ask you to up charge to get things where they need to be. Please keep in mind. I have a sprinkler system as well, so it was not a drought issue. I am enclosing pictures to this review of my lawn from two years ago and from today you can obviously see that my original pictures. The one is perfect and you can see as a four treatments with Simply The Best Lawn Care. Completely sucks. I don’t know what else to tell you I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them.
