David’s Lawn and Landscape Design did an excellent job on our hardscape and landscape. They worked on the front and entryway, the side, and built our patio in the back. They knew how to work within the regulations and limitations of my HOA. They provided the forms I needed to submit, and were responsive when the HOA made a change to our shrub choices. I was pleased that the owner was personally involved in the designs, discussions, suggestions, selections, and contracting of our property work. I also felt that their price was quite reasonable based on the work that they did and the appearance of the finished project. Their work crews were timely, and overall very professional, including clean-up after the job was finished. Their work was a serious upgrade to the “curb appeal”, and functionality of our property in the front and back. I highly recommend them for hardscape and landscape.

David’s Lawn and Landscaping design did such a wonderful job with our backyard project. Throughout the whole project, Tyler was great about listening to our ideas and also giving his own expert opinion on what we could do. He was knowledgeable about the hardscape and landscape parts of the project. The estimate given was accurate and any additional cost was discussed with us before the work began. The crew was punctual, respectful and highly skilled. I highly recommend Tyler and his crew.

Several hardscape design firms were approached to bring to life a fastidious plan featuring multi-level patios, staggered seating walls, benches, and varied pier heights. Unlike most patios that typically feature straight-lined walls and benches, this design required circular and layered configurations to harmonize with and create a cohesive visual relationship with both a hexagonal glass Victorian Conservatory and a hexagonal Garden Belle shed. Tyler at David’s Lawn and Landscape Design carefully adhered to the proposed budget, working with the materials I selected, including intricate Herringbone patterns, accents, trims, and edges. He provided thoughtful options that stayed true to the original vision, and I can attest that no incidental charges emerged once the project commenced—a testament to their professionalism and integrity in business practices. We purchased our home about 20 years ago. It was already landscaped, but it was never quite right. Over the course of many years we tried to re landscape. We even hired a landscape architect, but were never happy with the results. We decided to try again. When I first met with Tyler, he walked the entire property with me. We discussed the front yard, back yard, and the patio and pool areas. I could tell he was really listening to what my vision was. He was very educated about the different species of shrubs and trees. He knew what everything we had was by name. He knew why some things worked and why others didn’t or were eaten by deer. At our next meeting Tyler and Matt showed us design options that allowed us to rip out everything we didn’t like. Being an older home, the designs also allowed us to incorporate all the mature trees and shrubs that we would keep. Additionally, Tyler met me at his farm and I was able to pick out the focal trees and colors that I liked. We were a little hesitant as it was a very big job. But we decided to do it. Demo day was intimidating, but we were so impressed how organized, professional, and fast his crews worked. Mike was great and we watched as the transformation took place. Tyler and his team were able to marry the old with the new seamlessly. Every day I drive into my driveway and walk in my yard and I enjoy looking at everything. We got it right this time!
